I recently had the privileged to spend a couple of hours with Texas Supreme Court Justice Don Willett this week. He is up for his second term for the Texas Supreme Court and has done exactly what strict constructionist judges are supposed to do. And that is to enact justice, uphold the constitution and protect our liberties. But why believe me when you can believe conservative columnist George Will. That is one of the reasons why I’m excited to highlight the blog post Texas Judge Provides Judicial Road Map to Overrule Obamacare from The Right Side of Austin for this week’s Texas Blog Friday.

Texas Judge Provides Judicial Roadmap to Overrule Obamacare

Texas is blessed to have legal scholars like Texas Supreme Court Justice Don Willett. Justice Willett was lauded by conservative columnist George F. Will for providing the judicial roadmap for overrulling Obamacare and for being an “engaged” Judge.

An “engaged” Judge like Willett is much different than an “activist” Judge like so many Judges on the left that have let laws like Obamacare stand. What is the difference between an engaged Judge like Willett and an activist Judge?  I will let George Will take it from here…
